By downloading or using Handwrite (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on compatible Apple or Android devices you own or control, in accordance with your app store's terms and these Terms.
2. Subscriptions & Payment
- Handwrite may offer optional auto-renewing Yearly and Weekly subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase to unlock Pro features. The available plans, their prices and any free trial are shown in the App before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Free trial. The Yearly subscription may start with a free trial for eligible users; the App shows its length before you start it. You are not charged during the trial. When the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid Yearly subscription and you are charged the yearly price shown in the App, unless you cancel before the trial ends (on the App Store, at least 24 hours before it ends). Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Automatic renewal. The Yearly subscription renews every year and the Weekly subscription every week, at the price shown in the App, until you cancel. Your account is charged for each renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. To stop the next renewal, cancel before the current period ends (on the App Store, at least 24 hours before it ends); you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. The Lifetime purchase is a single payment and does not renew.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription or a free trial in your Apple or Google account's subscription settings. You can use the App's Restore option for an eligible past purchase.
- Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region; taxes may apply.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you create, convert, print, or share with the App, including ensuring you have the right to use any text or documents you input.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, and its handwriting engine are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Content you create with the App belongs to you.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that handwriting output, OCR results, or PDFs will be error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
