Terms of Use

By downloading or using Handwrite (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.

2. Subscriptions & Payment

• Handwrite offers an optional auto-renewing Weekly subscription that unlocks Pro features, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you do not cancel.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region; taxes may apply.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you create, convert, print, or share with the App, including ensuring you have the right to use any text or documents you input.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and its handwriting engine are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Content you create with the App belongs to you.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that handwriting output, OCR results, or PDFs will be error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
